How to order

To order out of our KOEL collection in the web shop you take the following steps:  

1. Click on the model of your preference and an order form will appear. You can then select the size and proceed with your order. To determine the correct size you can use our “foot size indicator”. You are then asked to fill out your details. There will be no shipping costs added for deliveries within The Netherlands. If you order from abroad, the added shipping costs will appear on your screen after the order is placed.
   
   
2. To finalise you order select from the following methods of payment:
   - Transfer to our bank account
   - MasterCard/Visa
   - In The Netherlands by using iDEAL.
   iDEAL is a very easy and quick way of on-line payment if you have an account with ING Bank, ABN AMRO or Rabobank.
   
   
3. If the shoes or boots fail to meet expectations, they may be exchanged or returned. However, KOEL4KIDS expects an e-mail within 7 days stating your intent on returning the order to info@koel4kids.nl. The shipping costs of the return order are for sender. More information regarding an exchange or return can be found in Article 6 in our Terms and Conditions.
